Dirty South Bass Collective (DSBC) is an independent record label releasing forward-thinking dubstep and bass music and building live experiences around the artists pushing the sound forward. The name is a nod to the sound, not a place: the dirty, sub-heavy low end at the core of dubstep.
ABOUT THE LABEL
Dirty South Bass Collective is an independent label dedicated to underground bass music. Its name is a reference to the filthy low-end sound at the heart of dubstep rather than any geography, and DSBC works with producers wherever they are. The label releases records across dubstep, riddim, experimental and melodic bass, curating a catalog built on quality over quantity and a clear point of view.
Beyond releases, DSBC develops live events under the DSBC Presents banner, connecting the artists on the label with the audiences and communities that move the culture forward. The collective is focused on artist development, thoughtful curation, and giving independent bass music a platform built for the long term.
