DEMO SUBMISSION TERMS
Last updated: 2026
OVERVIEW
These Demo Submission Terms apply when you submit music or other material to Dirty South Bass Collective (“DSBC”) through our submission form. By submitting, you agree to these terms.
YOUR RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
You must own or control all rights to the material you submit, including any samples, vocals, or collaborative parts. Submitting a demo does not transfer ownership of your work to DSBC — you retain full ownership of your music.
NO OBLIGATION
Submitting a demo does not create any obligation for DSBC to respond, provide feedback, sign, or release your material. We review submissions as time allows and reach out only if a release is a potential fit.
HOW WE USE SUBMISSIONS
We use the information and links you provide solely to evaluate your submission and, if relevant, to contact you. We do not distribute, share publicly, or exploit your unreleased material without a separate written agreement.
EXCLUSIVITY
Submitting a demo does not grant DSBC any exclusive rights. You remain free to submit your material elsewhere and to release it independently unless and until a separate agreement is signed.
ORIGINAL WORK
Please submit only finished or near-finished, original work. Do not submit unauthorized remixes, uncleared samples, or material you do not have the right to share.
AGREEMENTS
Any release with DSBC will be governed by a separate written agreement. These submission terms do not constitute a recording, distribution, or publishing agreement of any kind.
